Submitting a Copyright Notice

If you believe material available through Racing in City infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, submit a notice through our Contact Us page. Your notice should include:

• Your full name and reliable contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The exact Racing in City URL or game listing that contains the disputed material.
• A description sufficient for us to identify and locate the material.

Our Response

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, and your signature.

Racing in City links to third-party game websites and does not control their servers. A removal from our catalogue does not remove material from an external website. Contact the external operator when your request concerns content hosted by that operator.
